Lausanne culinary institution the L'Ardoise restaurant re-opens in May 2015 after 8 years of closure. With its comfortable and freshly refurbished dining area and its superb shaded terrace, it is the ideal place to enjoy, whatever the season, a memorable dining experience. The delicious and original dishes that feature on the menu of L'Ardoise pay homage to the 'brasserie' spirit that characterises the décor of the place, and consist predominantly of high quality local produce. It draws heavily from the cuisine established during the twenty years of the L'Ardoise of old.

Open every day from 10:00 to 22:30, the Carlton's Wine Bar and Lounge will seduce you with its intimate and cosy atmosphere as well as by the quality of its selection, which pays tribute to the finest Swiss wines and the most delicious local products.
